Oliver's Random Wallpaper...

This is my first time doing a wallpaper!

I had some free time in between exams, so I did this some time ago :'D I couldn't submit it because my computer got a HUGE virus...

Well, this is Oliver, a new character of mine, in his chibi mode you'll see more of him and a little related project I'm doing later on (hopefully)
